1. Use of DraftStudio
DraftStudio helps you generate and schedule short-form video drafts that are sent to your TikTok account for review and publishing through TikTok's own tools. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use the Service. By using DraftStudio, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. TikTok Login and Accounts
When you sign in with TikTok, you authorize DraftStudio to access your TikTok account as permitted by the scopes you grant (for example, content posting to drafts). You are responsible for keeping your TikTok credentials secure. DraftStudio will never request your TikTok password; you authenticate through TikTok's official OAuth flow. You must ensure that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or generate using DraftStudio. By using the Service to create drafts, you grant DraftStudio a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of creating and managing your TikTok drafts. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights and complies with all applicable laws.
4. AI-Generated Content
DraftStudio uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts, descriptions, and other content suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. DraftStudio does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be factually accurate, original, or suitable for your audience. You agree to independently verify all generated content.
5. API Limits & Automation
DraftStudio operates under TikTok API rate limits and account restrictions. We are not responsible for:
- TikTok API downtime or service interruptions
- Account bans or restrictions imposed by TikTok
- Lost drafts due to TikTok's storage or system errors
- Rate limiting or throttling by TikTok's servers
You agree not to use DraftStudio to circumvent TikTok's terms, community guidelines, or automated publishing restrictions.
6. Payments & Subscription
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all charges according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Billing occurs at the frequency you select (monthly, yearly, etc.). Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months or early cancellations, except as required by law.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use DraftStudio to generate spam, harassment, or hateful content
- Violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service (except as provided by DraftStudio)
- Scrape or bulk-download DraftStudio's data or content
- Resell or redistribute access to DraftStudio without authorization
8. Disclaimers
AS-IS BASIS: DraftStudio is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
NO GUARANTEE OF VIRALITY: DraftStudio does not guarantee that generated content will perform well on TikTok or achieve any specific metrics, views, or engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftStudio shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost revenue, lost profits, or lost data
- Damage to your reputation or account suspension by TikTok
- Any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DraftStudio from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of DraftStudio following the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DraftStudio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
